About Endeavor Title Services

We are a full service title company providing title services to the Tri-County area. We have two (2) offices conveniently located for the needs of our customers. We are committed to providing quality service to our customers, and, with our trained professional staff, we work hard to ensure that each transaction is handled with ease.

History of Endeavor Title Services

Our title company was started in 2001 by Sandra J. Birdsall as the first agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company in the Peoria County area. Sandra’s former law firm, Birdsall and Flaherty, and her title operations were successfully merged with our parent law firm, now Hasselberg, Williams, Grebe, Snodgrass & Birdsall in June 2003. Since that time, through a mutually beneficial blending of respective resources, the resulting title operations have continued to grow. Our anticipation of this growth resulted in construction of a new office building on Willow Knolls Road in North Peoria to accommodate the needs and desires of our many customers.

As an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company (CTIC) we have the backing of a prestigious title company, whose reputation and quality is unsurpassed. CTIC stands behind each and every title policy issued through Endeavor Title Services.

Started in 1847, CTIC has grown a reputation for integrity and quality of service throughout its history. In March of 2000, CTIC merged with FNF to become the largest title company in the nation. CTIC has a 150 year tradition of industry leadership and top brand name recognition, with approximately 21% of the total title insurance market, based upon revenues.
