Raymond C. Williams, Attorney/Agency Manager

Ray Williams graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law in 1980. He is a member of the Peoria County and Illinois State Bar Associations, and sits on the Peoria County Bar Association Real Property Committee. With an extensive background in real estate, Ray is knowledgeable in all title issues. Ray analyzes the Title Commitments and Title Policies issued by Endeavor, together with the pertinent title records, to ensure that the final product is prepared with accuracy.

Boyd O. Roberts III, Attorney/Assistant Agency Manager

Boyd O. Roberts III is a licensed attorney with extensive history in real estate and title insurance. Boyd worked for Chicago Title Insurance Company as the title examination attorney for their Peoria office after graduating from DePaul University College of Law in 1997. While there, Boyd handled both residential and commercial transactions, including title commitments, closings and policies. Since entering private practice, Boyd has represented both commercial and individual clients in the purchase and sale of real estate. In addition, he has continued to review title commitments and conduct title searches as a local agent for Chicago Title. Boyd analyzes the Title Commitments and Title Policies issued by Endeavor, together with pertinent title records, to ensure that the final product is prepared with accuracy.

Traci Moses, Title Operations Manager

Traci Moses joined Attorney Sandra J. Birdsall in 1998 as a legal assistant. When Sandra became an agent for Chicago Title in 2001, Traci assisted in growing that title business into what is now Endeavor Title Services. Traci, with her diverse background, is familiar with all aspects of a sale or a loan transaction, from the initial property search to the closing, and beyond, to construction payouts, whenever appropriate. As the main closing agent, Traci coordinates all closing transactions to ensure that they proceed as smoothly as possible for all parties involved.

Angi Hamm, Title Searcher/Title Operations Assistant

Angi Hamm began her real estate career working for Coldwell Banker NHS Realtors, formerly Commercial National Realty, first as a Realtor’s assistant in 1991, then continuing as Transaction Coordinator and Relocation Coordinator with that brokerage firm. She received in 1995, and still maintains, her Realtor’s License. In 1998, Angi began work with a local law firm until 2003, when she joined Hasselberg, Williams, Grebe Snodgrass and Birdsall. As a Title Operations Assistant, Angi searches the public records to compile the information necessary to provide our customers with an accurate title policy, and is also available for closings in our downtown office.

Molly Schultz, Title Operations Assistant

Molly Schultz is a Title Operations Assistant with Endeavor Title Services. She earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science in the paralegal program from Illinois Central College in 1992. Molly came to the law firm of Hasselberg, Williams, Grebe, Snodgrass & Birdsall in 2004 and brought with her twenty years of experience from the real estate and title service industry. As a Title Operations Assistant, Molly will assist you with title orders, answering questions regarding arrangements for closing, closing your real estate transaction, and also handling construction payouts.
